How to Export Your Reviews From GetReviews
GetReviews.ai makes it easier for e-commerce brands to collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback - but sometimes you need your review data outside the platform. Whether you want to run deeper analysis, share insights with your team, or pull data into reporting tools, exporting your reviews is simple.
With GetReviews.ai, you can export all your review data in two ways:
1. Download a CSV or Excel file
2. Sync reviews automatically to Google Sheets
Both methods give you full control over how you manage and use your customer feedback. Below, we'll walk you through each option so you can choose the workflow that fits your needs.
Export your Customer Reviews
1. Download a CSV or Excel file
In your account, head over to your dashboard and click the Reviews tab on the left-hand side
Simply click the download button
Once you request an export in GetReviews.ai, you’ll receive a separate email with a secure download link. This link allows you to download your complete set of reviews in either CSV or Excel format.
Note: Downloads are available for 7 days and are automatically disabled. If your link has expired, please generate a new export from the GetReviews dashboard.
2. Google Sheets Integration
Click the top right account button > and Integrations
Configure the Google Sheets integration

Once the integration is activated, your reviews will sync in real time with no manual work required.
Note: When you activate the Google Sheets integration, GetReviews.ai will begin syncing new reviews going forward, but it will not backfill or import past reviews into your sheet.
