Here are the two methods you can use:
1. Download a CSV or Excel File
Log in to your GetReviews.ai dashboard.
Navigate to the Reviews tab in the left sidebar.
Click the Download button.
You’ll receive an email with a secure download link.
Use that link to download your full set of reviews as a CSV or Excel file.
💡 Note: The download link expires after 7 days. If it expires, just generate a new export.
2. Sync to Google Sheets
If you want ongoing access to your review data for reporting:
Go to Integrations via the top-right button from your dashboard.

Set up the integration to automatically sync new reviews.
This keeps your sheet up to date without manual exports — though it doesn’t backfill old reviews into the sheet.
Step 2 — Prepare Your CSV for Fera
Before importing into Fera, it must follow their template. Therefore, it may be necessary to manually verify that your GetReviews.ai CSV includes the correct fields and formats, particularly product identifiers (such as SKUs), to ensure Fera can accurately match each review to the corresponding product. If your CSV needs reformatting, tools like Excel or Google Sheets work perfectly for adjusting columns and values.

Step 3 — Import Your Reviews into Fera
Once you have a clean CSV export from GetReviews, importing it into Fera is simple:
Go to your Fera dashboard and navigate to the Reviews section.
Click the + Add Review button.

Select CSV file as the source.
Upload your GetReviews export file.
Click Start Import.
