Introducing the Newest AI Features on GetReviews
Since 2019, GetReviews has helped hundreds of online sellers worldwide collect more reviews from their customers post-purchase through the use of our survey flow technology, QR codes, and package inserts. We’ve been continuing to add exciting new features such as:
Adding a warranty as a giveaway option
Adding TikTok Shop as a marketplace
And developing our own in-house e-gift card integration
We all know how important reviews are for businesses; they build trust, optimize your product listings, and most importantly, drive conversions and increase your sales. However getting customers to leave reviews can be a challenge. They can be unsure of what to write or whether their opinion will even matter. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our two latest features powered by AI.
Feature #1: AI-Powered Keywords
How It Works
One of the biggest hurdles for customers leaving a review is figuring out what to write. With our AI-powered keyword suggestions, it generates helpful keywords that guide customers when writing a review. Customers will be able to see keywords relevant to the product they purchased.
For example, if a customer purchases a winter coat, they might see suggestions such as:
✅ warm
✅ thick
✅ comfortable
Why We Built It
We created this feature because we want to make the process easier for more customers to write you a review. Your customers won't have to think about what to write because we're giving them a headstart and highlighting key features that they can write in their reviews. This leads to more detailed, high-quality feedback for you.

Things to Note ⚠️
This feature is only available for products with over five completed reviews.
When your product is imported, we will also scrape reviews from the product page along with details about the product from Amazon (only Amazon US). These will be used to help generate the initial keywords, which will then be continually refreshed as new reviews are completed.
The keywords will automatically refreshed at most once per week and need at least five new reviews per refresh.
Feature #2: Review Gamification
How It Works
Sometimes, customers don't realize how powerful their words are, or the impact their one review can have on others. That's where our second feature, AI-powered review gamification, comes in.
When customers write reviews, they see a counter showing how many potential shoppers their feedback could influence.
Why We Built It
The biggest drop we see throughout our survey flow technology is customers pasting their reviews in the marketplace they purchased from. We want to improve this conversion rate and people are more likely to take action when they see their reviews actually making a difference.

We scrape this data from your Amazon product page. Note that if this information isn’t available, we utilize the number of orders you have in our database, with a minimum of 100 orders a month.

Who Are These Features For?
These features are only available for Individual tiers and higher. If you are on the Basic tier and would like to add this as an add-on to your plan, email us at support@getreviews.ai and we will be able to assist you.
How To Enable These Features
If you are on the Individual tier and higher,
1. Login to your account > and the Surveys tab
2. Click the edit button for the survey you would like to enable these features for. 
3. Scroll down to Additional Survey Settings
4. Enable Review Keywords and/or Social Proof and click Save.
