Multilingual Support for GetReviews Surveys
At GetReviews, we know that your customers come from all around the world - and so should your review strategy. That's why our surveys are built to support multiple languages, making it easy for customers to complete your survey form and for you to collect authentic reviews no matter where your customers are located.
What are the Supported Languages 🌎?
GetReviews surveys currently support the following languages:
English
Spanish
Japanese
French
German
Chinese
Italian
Dutch
This list is always growing based on customer needs, so if you don't see your preferred language here, email us at support@getreviews.ai.
How It Works
Our multilingual survey support is designed to be user-friendly and completely automated.
When you create your survey in GetReviews, you can edit the copy of your survey. If you would like to modify the default text of your surveys in the additional languages, you can:
1. Click the Edit button of your desired survey
2. Scroll down to Additional Survey Settings
3. Click the Edit Survey Strings button
4. Edit the copy for the other languages
When a customer clicks on your GetReviews survey link, the system automatically detects the default language setting on their web browser. This means that if:
a customer has their default language settings to French, the survey will be shown in French
a customer has their default language settings to Chinese, the survey will be shown in Chinese
a customer has their default language settings to Korean, the survey will be shown in English (Korean is not a language that we support yet)
Now your survey is ready to be shared with your global audience.
