GetReviews offers a seamless way to collect customer feedback through our survey flow technology. Once the survey is completed, GetReviews sends a confirmation email containing a thank you message or details regarding the coupon to the customer.
By customizing the email template and subject line, you can create a more engaging and professional experience that resonates with your audience. Customize your email template and subject line to:

Here are the steps to customize your GetReviews email template and subject line:
Editing your Email Template for Coupon and Warranty Giveaway
Step 1: Accessing your GetReviews Dashboard
- Log in to your GetReviews account.
- Navigate to the top-right profile > Account Settings > and click the "Mail" tab
Step 2: Customize the Email Subject Line
- Input your desired email subject line in the following input field and click the "Update" button
Step 3: Customize the Email Template
- To customize the email template, go to the Giveaways tab > click "Edit" on your coupon or warranty giveaway
- it must be in HTML format and you can input it in this field > then click Update. The following is the email containing the coupon code or warranty details that are sent to customers upon completion of the surveys.
- Tip: You may not have experience in developing HTML email templates. Not to worry because there are great tools that easily create email templates in HTML and you just have to drag and drop various components. One of our favorite tools is Unlayer and once you customize your email template, you can export it into HTML. Get the HTML and place it in this field. Use Unlayer to change your email template to the following example:
- Use the variable { {COUPONCODE} } as tokens that will be replaced with the appropriate values before being sent.
Step 5: TEST!
- You can test the email template you've customized by clicking the "Send a preview" button.
Editing your Email Template for Product Giveaway
Step 1: Accessing your GetReviews Dashboard
- Log in to your GetReviews account.
- Navigate to the top-right profile > Account Settings > and click the "Mail" tab
Step 2: Turn On or Off the Confirmation Emails
- You can enable or disable the confirmation emails that are sent to customers.
- Note: You may want to disable the confirmation emails if you have an email provider such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp integrated with GetReviews and you have a separate email flow set up.
Step 3: Customize the Email Subject Line
- Input your desired email subject line in the following input field and click the "Update" button
