GetReviews - Skip Repeat Customers

The holy grail of sales is repeat customers. But the holy grail of marketing is low cost per acquisition.

Until now, repeat customers were not only able to leave repeat feedback via our survey funnels (great), they were also able to repeatedly earn incentives (not great).

For those of you who leverage discounting or product samples to develop new relationships with customers, GetReviews now aligns with this approach.

How it works

  1. Customers fill out survey funnels as usual, and leave feedback on your desired 3rd party marketplace (optional).
  2. We check if the customer is a repeat shopper via the phone number they provided in the survey. (This "repeat customer" field is also visible within CSV exports and your Responses dashboard.)
  3. If your survey offers a followup incentive (coupon code, gift card, free product, etc), the repeat customer status will be noted and that survey response will not be sent a gift.
